How included AI usage works

Every KoraKai monthly plan includes an allowance of AI usage. This page explains in plain English what that means, what happens if you go over, and how we keep you from getting a surprise bill.
What is AI usage?
Your agents use AI models from companies such as Anthropic and OpenAI to read, write and decide. Those companies charge for each piece of work an agent sends them, and the charge depends on how much text is processed. That charge is AI usage. It is separate from our fee for building and looking after your agents.
What your plan includes
- Care: $50 of AI usage each month.
- Growth: $150 of AI usage each month.
- Director: $300 of AI usage each month.
The allowance is part of your monthly plan fee. If you use less, there is no rollover and no refund.
What a task costs
A simple task, such as sorting an email or filling in a record, usually costs a small fraction of a cent to a few cents. Tasks with several steps or long documents cost more. Most small businesses stay inside their allowance, and we track real usage from your first month so we can tell you if yours is likely to go over.
How we keep costs down
We match the model to the task. Routine work goes to smaller, cheaper models. A more capable and more expensive model is used only where testing shows the job needs it.
How you stay informed
- We track usage for each of your agents.
- You get alerts as you approach your included amount.
- We ask for your approval before usage goes well past it.
- You can set a spending limit to cap extra charges.
- Any extra usage is itemized on your monthly invoice.
If you go over
Usage beyond your allowance is billed at our cost from the AI provider plus a 10% administrative fee, on your next invoice.
What is not included
Third-party subscription fees and other outside service charges, such as CRM subscriptions, phone numbers and hosting, are separate unless your written agreement says they are included.
