This page explains what happens to information when you use korakaiconsulting.com or contact KoraKai Consulting LLC ("KoraKai", "we").
What we collect
- What you send us. If you book a call, email us or phone us, we receive your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your business. We use it to reply, schedule and prepare a written quote.
- Booking tool. Bookings go through a third-party scheduling service. It collects the details you enter on its form and is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Basic server logs. Our website host may record technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
What this website does not do
- The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your information.
- The question assistant on the site runs in your browser and answers from the published page text. What you type into it is not sent to us.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when the page loads.
Contact and calls
We do not cold call, text or send unsolicited sales email. We contact you after you book or write to us. We only phone you if you ask for a call when you book.
Client work
If you hire us, agents and accounts are set up in your name and only with access you approve. You can remove that access at any time. Details are set out in your written agreement.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, to deliver and support the work. Ask us at the email above and we will delete what we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
